Cancellation Policy
My cancellation policy is as listed below.
• My time & your appointment is important to me. Should you need to cancel I respectfully ask you give me 48 hour notice.
• Notification given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.
• Notification given less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in 50% charge of the service booked.
• Failure to no show to your appointment, no call no show. Will result in 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
• For color clients, failure to notify me within 72 hours will result in 50% charge of the service fee, as I buy product and book out hours of my time to perform the service specified.
• If you are canceling multiple times in a row this will require a $75 to book future appointments for color services as this is a slot that may be hard for me to fill on such short notice.
